 Do Not Over wash:

You do not need to bathe every day to be clean. If your skin is sensitive to moisture loss, excessive bathing can be the cause more issues for your skin. Also ensure that when you do bathe, you use warm water as opposed to hot water.

Avoid Fragrances and Chemicals:

Fragrances and harsh chemicals can trigger reactions in the skin. Furthermore, powerful skin cleansers can strip the skin, leaving it dry and sensitive. Ensure that all your skin care products are fragrance free and include natural ingredients.

Moisturise:

Moisturising is essential to restore hydration to the skin and to help prevent the escape of moisture.

Go Soap-Free:

Soaps are known to dry out the skin and the presence of fragrances and chemicals can cause irritation for those with dry skin.

Diet:

Enrich your skin from the inside out. A balanced diet, rich in fatty acids can help nourish your skin. Always remember to stay hydrated by drinking water regularly.

Be Gentle:

Do not scrub your skin. Gently wash your skin and treat it with care. When drying yourself, gently pat your skin dry.
